有留意國際新聞的朋友都應(yīng)該知道,歐美正打算對中國電動車“下手”,試圖提高關(guān)稅限制中系電動車進(jìn)口。作為回應(yīng),北京也在計劃反制西方,擬上調(diào)歐美的大排量引擎進(jìn)口汽車關(guān)稅,雙方貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)緊張局勢再次升溫。
歐盟中國商會(CCCEU)引述內(nèi)部消息人士指出,中國考慮上調(diào)大排量引擎進(jìn)口汽車的關(guān)稅至25%,這是因為考慮到近期事態(tài)發(fā)展,包括美國預(yù)計自8月1日起對中國電動車關(guān)稅調(diào)高至100%,及歐盟準(zhǔn)備在中國電動汽車的反補(bǔ)貼調(diào)查中采取初步措施。
近日,歐盟中國商會在社交平臺發(fā)布聲明,內(nèi)容引述中國汽車戰(zhàn)略與政策研究中心副主任劉斌在接受官媒訪問時,給予上述調(diào)高進(jìn)口汽車關(guān)稅的建議。

劉斌表示,世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO)規(guī)則允許對引擎排氣量大于2.5升的進(jìn)口汽油轎車和休旅車(SUV)征收最高25%的關(guān)稅;目前,中國在征收這類汽車的關(guān)稅稅率為15%。
據(jù)報導(dǎo),中國2023年進(jìn)口了25萬輛引擎排氣量大于2.5升的汽車,約占所有進(jìn)口汽車的32%;進(jìn)口大排氣量引擎汽車也占中國大排氣量引擎汽車消費量的80%。報導(dǎo)指出,據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體觀察,如果提高關(guān)稅,將對從美歐進(jìn)口的汽車產(chǎn)生重大影響。
